Social activist, environmental enthusiast, guide of Kannada-Tulu literature, theater artist, and BJP leader Ramachandra Baikampadi has passed away today on 14th April 2026.
Very sad ,we have lost a dedicated, committed social worker,our TEAM who has been associated with us since Samithi’s inception.
His contribution in the Samithi’s Vision implementation is commendable, particularly our rally held in support of Kuduremukh lease extension.
We pray Sadgati to the departed noble soul, our condolences.
The Founder respectfully acknowledged the life and contributions of Ramachandra Baikampady Sir to our samithi and to society at large. Every word aptly describes his persona and powerful social presence. Above all, he was a humble yet great leader and an ardent advocate who effectively represented the fishermen community of our coastal region through every crisis.
May God bless his noble soul in heaven.
